Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:
- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- Security deposit amount: 5,000 EUR,
- The tenant assumes payment for part of additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of handover of the property and preparation of the record, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate company's business, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 2,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,050 EUR at the advertised rent and rental duration. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
