The floors are accessed by three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (it also works in case of fire), and via two staircases (allows the floor to be divided). The facility offers a high level of security.
The offices we offer are complete units (two floors) and have their own toilets, kitchenette, server room, TK network and are equipped with furniture. The basic arrangement of the room can be adapted to the tenant, as all the walls are mainly made of drywall.
In the basement, in addition to the parking spaces, it is possible to rent archive spaces at a price of €7/m2 + VAT
The entire business facility is technically equipped with a UPS system + a 260kW back-up generator, 3 different optical cables and a high level of security measures. There is a reception on the ground floor.
All operating costs, except for the user's own telecommunications and NUSZ, amount to € 6/m2.
Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period 36 months,
- The tenant must be a 100% taxpayer,
- The deposit is equal to the amount of two monthly rents,
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 24,960 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 30,451.2
