Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:

- The tenant covers part of the additional services fee, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the protocol, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 1,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,830 EUR. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
