We are renting a house for business purposes with parking space for 10 or more cars. The house is used for business purposes and has three levels: ground floor, first floor, and attic. The layout of the house and the possibility of accessing the spaces from various entrances allow us to divide it into individual floors;

The house is currently occupied by a tenant and can be moved into in a short time. There is also the possibility of renting a smaller area.

- technical security (alarm),

- equipped with a kitchen and dishwasher,
The house is well located, just 50 m from the BUS stop and 1.8 km from access to the highway, on the road between Ljubljana and Domžale. Users of the house mostly travel in the opposite direction of traffic peaks.
Landlord's conditions for concluding the deal:
- VAT is not charged on the rent,
- minimum rental period of 25 months,
- security deposit of 2 monthly rents,
- the tenant assumes the payment of part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the broker: conducting the handover of the property and preparing the record, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of visual material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of business of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 2,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,050 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
