We are renting out nicely arranged and mostly furnished offices with an east orientation and a direct view of the castle.
The premises are located in a building with a reception (24h/7) and an elevator.
The layout of the spaces includes two interconnected offices, of which the smaller one comprises a reception area with a secretariat, while the larger one is a director's office.
Shared restroom facilities are provided. It is also possible to share a meeting room, as seen in the last photograph, available for hourly rental. Average operating costs amount to approximately 6€/m2, which also includes weekly cleaning of the offices. The offices are air-conditioned and equipped with optical internet.
