We are renting a new, not yet occupied 3-room apartment in the center of Ljubljana. The apartment is rented partially furnished with the furniture in the photos (kitchen and built-in wardrobes). The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator and a parking space in the garage (one parking space belongs).
The apartment has a net living area of 100.40 m2, two loggias with a total area of 16.20 m2 and a storage room in the basement of 5.20 m2. Rooms: hallway, bedroom, children's room/office (the bedroom and children's room/office have access to a common glazed loggia), bathroom, guest toilet, utility room, central room with kitchen (size 42.80 m2) and exit to the loggia.
Pets are not welcome. Possible to rent additional parking space. Moveable by agreement. Furnished by agreement. You are welcome to visit!
Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- The security deposit amounts to: two months rent
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 1,990 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 2,427.80
VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
