The lessee pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, i.e. for the advertised rent, the tenant pays EUR 2,930 plus 22% VAT, i.e. EUR 3,574.6.
