The space is heated, air-conditioned and ventilated, richly equipped with electrical and communication connections, technically protected against burglary and fire, has a built-in control system of arrivals and departures and is equipped with an optical cable. The floor is covered with a textile cover.
Operating costs: 4,66 € / m2 + VAT and include: electricity, water, space heating or cooling, freight elevator maintenance, heating station maintenance, snow removal and lawn maintenance, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical protection of the facility and facility insurance.
Parking spaces: possibility of renting parking spaces for 35 € + VAT for pp.

- The tenant must be a 100% taxpayer,

- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 2,030 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 2,476.6
