We are involved in the rental of a beautiful two-room apartment in the fenced apartment complex Garden Palace Resort in Umag. The settlement has its own swimming pool and its own parking garage and is located in the first row to the sea.
The total area of the apartment is 48.52 m2, with the corresponding co-ownership share of the pool and with the owner's parking space in the garage. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building (3/3), which also has two elevators.
Layout of the apartment: The apartment consists of a larger space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. In addition, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious bedroom. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, and the SE position ensures that the apartment is very bright.

The apartment can be viewed at the end of every week (Friday and Saturday).
Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period of 12 months,
- The amount of the deposit is: EUR 2500,
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease lump sum for additional services 1250 EUR plus 22% VAT, total EUR 1525
VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
