We are renting a newer house that is currently being finished and will be ready for occupancy in June 2024.

The lessor's conditions for concluding a transaction:

  • Minimum lease period 25 months.
  • Deposit amount: EUR 6,000.
  • The tenant undertakes part of the additional services, including drawing up the lease agreement, handover of the property, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material.
