Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:

- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms of business of the real estate agency, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2,070 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,525.4 EUR VAT is charged only on additional agency services, not on the rent!
