We are renting a bright and functional office unit in a neat business building, which includes a reception desk, and is located just a step away from the city center. The space is located on the 4th floor of the building with an elevator and includes an open, bright reception area and 7 separate offices suitable for various business activities.
The office space also includes a small kitchenette for preparing refreshments and separate toilets for the convenience of employees.
The rental price is 16 EUR/m² + VAT, with average operating costs of 5 EUR/m²/month + VAT.
It is also possible to rent parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the building, at a price of EUR 100/space + VAT.
Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period of 5 years,

- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 3.360 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 4.099,20.
VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
