Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Lease period from 3 to 5 years with the possibility of extension,
- The deposit amount is equal to three monthly deposits,
- The tenant must be a 100% taxpayer,
- The tenant pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: handing over the property and drawing up minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, i.e. the tenant pays EUR 1,528.5 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent, which amounts to EUR 1,864.77.
