The space is located on the ground floor of the business building and has two entrances: a front - main entrance and a back - storage entrance.
The equipment you see in the photographs will be removed from the space.
Each separate unit has its own meters for electricity, heating, and cooling, which means that users have lower costs than 2.5€/m2/month. The space has reserved 3 parking spaces at a price of 82€/pp (they are under cover).
There is also an operating restaurant in the building.
The spaces are immediately available for occupancy.
Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Rental period from 3 to 5 years with the possibility of extension,
- The security deposit is equal to three monthly rents,
- The tenant must be a 100% tax liable entity,
- The tenant assumes the payment of part of the costs for drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing photographic materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency, i.e., the tenant pays 1,559 EUR plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent, which amounts to 1,901.98 EUR.
