• The tenant assumes the payment of part of the additional services, specifically the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and preparation of the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency. The tenant, based on the advertised rent and lease duration, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 3.400 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4.148 EUR.
