Landlord's conditions for concluding the deal:

• The minimum rental period is 36 months,
• The security deposit amounts to two months' rent,
• The tenant will cover part of the additional service fees, namely the drafting of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the record, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, according to the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency. The tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services in the amount of 1,876.5 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,289.33 EUR, based on the advertised rent and lease duration.
