Landlord's conditions for concluding the deal:

- The deposit amount is: at least two months' rent,
- The tenant must be a 100% tax liable entity,
- The tenant shall cover part of the additional services cost, i.e. drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: performing the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assisting in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing visual materials, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of the real estate agency so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 4,139.3 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 5,050 EUR.
