We rent offices (a finished unit with private sanitary facilities and a server room) in a modernly designed and functional building, which has three underground floors with a total of 135 parking spaces + 17 parking spaces in the courtyard. The rent for a parking space is €110/month + VAT (including operating costs).
The floors are accessible by three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (operational even in case of fire), and via two staircases (allows floor division). A kitchenette can also be installed in the space.
