Location:
In the urban area of Grosuplje, just 5 minutes on foot from the elementary school, with quick access to the highway and all other infrastructure, we are renting a fully furnished house. The house is only a 10-minute drive from Ljubljana and also has connections with Ljubljana public transport – bus no. 3G.

Description & Layout of the House:
The semi-detached house has 3 floors as follows:

• Lower ground floor: larger entrance hall, large garage for one car, recreation room, WC, and boiler room, where two large hot water tanks, a water filtration system, and a network cabinet are located.
• Main floor: open kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, room/bedroom, utility room, and guest WC. At the back, there is a large terrace with a built-in fireplace and summer kitchen. The terrace can also be accessed from the front side of the house.
• First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wellness area with a sauna and Jacuzzi.

The house is heated with a heat pump through underfloor heating, has an air conditioning system, and features a smart home system that allows you to control lights, blinds, temperature, etc., all from your phone.

Furnishings & Move-in Readiness:
The house is fully furnished. Before the tenant moves in, it will be repainted and cleaned for the new tenant. It will be ready to move in approximately two months after signing the lease agreement.
