Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum rental period of 12 months,
- Security deposit amount: 650 EUR,
- Seeks tidy and employed tenants, non-smokers.
- Suitable for up to 3 persons; a small family with 1 child.
- The tenant shall bear part of the cost of additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and rental period, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 650 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 793 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
