- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the record, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease duration, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,890.00 EUR plus 22% VAT, total 2,306.00 EUR
