Condition of the landlord for concluding the deal: The tenant shall bear part of the additional services costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and an expected lease term of 25 months, pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 1,500 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 1,830.
