The floor - technical raised floor - is covered with textile flooring.
All operating costs amount to 4.66 €/m2 + VAT and include: electricity and water consumption, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heating substation, snow removal and maintenance of green areas, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building, and building insurance.
Parking spaces:
possibility to rent a large number of parking spaces at 45€ + VAT per parking space (limited to 5), and for each additional parking space the price is 65€/space/month. Visitor parking is free for up to 30 minutes.
Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum lease term of 36 months,
- The tenant must be a 100% VAT taxpayer,
- Security deposit amount: 1,080.00 EUR,
- The tenant shall pay part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 540 EUR plus 22% VAT, total 659.00 EUR
