The space is heated, air-conditioned and ventilated, richly equipped with electrical and communication connections, burglar- and fire-protected, and has an integrated access control system. Operating costs: 4.66 €/m2 + VAT and include: electricity consumption, water, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heating station, snow removal and maintenance of green areas, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building, and building insurance. Parking is free for up to 30 minutes. Lease condition: The commission costs for the brokerage service are divided so that the tenant pays a commission in the amount of one monthly rent + VAT.
