We are renting bright, renovated commercial spaces in a pleasant environment in the BTC retail-business zone in Ljubljana.
The premises are located in a commercial building that was fully renovated in 2020 according to the latest standards, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and cost optimization of operating expenses (installation of heat pumps for heating, renewed thermal insulation of the building, replaced building joinery, etc.).
