Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:

- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e., drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following agent actions: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of €2,786 plus 22% VAT, totaling €3,398.92 with the advertised rent and lease duration.
