Each enclosed unit has its own meters for electricity, heating, and cooling. The building has low operating costs of approximately €3/m2 while offering all the comforts of a modern facility.
Additionally, it is possible to rent 6 parking spaces, with the rent for parking spaces as follows:
- 3 parking spaces under the building canopy at €82 / month / space + VAT, and
- 4 parking spaces in the garage at €89 / month / space + VAT.
The offices are unfurnished but have their own sanitary facilities, a kitchenette, and a server room. The rooms are mechanically ventilated but can also be ventilated by windows.
The tenant is expected to vacate the premises in April 2026, but an earlier agreement can be made.
