There are two office units with separate entrances on the same floor, which can be rented together or separately. Shared use of common sanitary facilities is guaranteed.
The first unit includes a separate office (approx. 16 m²), and through a corridor there are two interconnected offices (total approx. 70 m²) with independent entrances.
The second unit (approx. 92.5 m²) consists of two interconnected offices (total approx. 80 m²) with a shared corridor and a kitchenette.
There is also the option to use a convenient storage room.
The building has low operating costs; only electricity is paid according to consumption, and heating is provided via air conditioning units.
